 Le port de Marseilles-lès-Aubigny |  | Le port de Marseilles-lès-Aubigny est le plus grand entre Briare et Digoin. Ses aménagements modernes offrent aux plaisanciers tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour agréable. La Mairie organise l'accueil des bateaux, le personnel peut renseigner en français, anglais, italien. Le port de Marseilles-lès-Aubigny était le lieu de nombreux transbordements entre les grands bateaux du Canal latéral à la Loire et les petites embarcations du Canal de Berry et inversement. Sa superficie avait été mal évaluée au moment de son creusement et le bassin élargi à plusieurs reprises.
Les derniers travaux importants sont effectués en 1998 avec la réfection des berges et du fond, avec une dalle en béton armée. Les installations de la halte nautique pour l'accueil des bateaux de plaisance ont été réalisées en 1992. Un chantier naval avec une cale de radoub peut accueillir un bateau de 38m de long.

Les Pavillons Bleus priment cette année 72 ports de plaisance français, dont deux nouveaux, l 'un en Martinique, le port du Marin et le port fluvial de Metz en Moselle.
Un palmarès moins généreux que l' an dernier puisque le classement compte douze ports en moins dont la totalité des neuf ports morbihannais récompensés l' an dernier.
Douze ports non-littoraux ont été récompensés dans ce nouveau palmarès : le Port fluvial de Carcassonne (Aude), Port Napoléon à Port Saint-Louis-du-Rhône et le Port de Plaisance de Port St Louis du Rhône (Bouches-du-Rhône), le Port de l 'Épervière à Valence (Drôme), le Port de Bellegarde (Gard), le Port de Plaisance de Nuisement et la Station Nautique de Giffaumont Champaubert (Marne), Port Saint-Georges à Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle), le Port fluvial de Metz (Moselle), le Port fluvial de Sarreguemines (Moselle), le Port de plaisance d' Armentières (Nord) et le Port de Colmar (Haut-Rhin).
Les Pavillons Bleus récompensent les meilleurs ports de plaisance français en matière d'accueil, de sécurité et d'infrastructures offertes aux vacanciers et plaisanciers et ils tiennent également compte de la gestion des déchets et de l'effort éducatif mis en place par les ports pour sensibiliser le public à la protection de l'environnement.
